Jennifer “Jenn” is an entrepreneur at heart with a love of educating others on the real estate industry, whether it’s buying a first home, or on the how-to’s of a fix and flip. An accomplished real estate agent and investor, she started her real estate career in the south Nashville area, after residing in Cumming, Georgia. ​A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Columbia, Jenn was a top 15 producer in total sales volume for the Realty One Group Music City office in Franklin, TN for 2021.  With over 30 million in sales volume within the last five years, Jenn’s marketing, negotiating skills and attention to detail get her clients to the closing table.  Jenn’s skill and experience, combined with her extensive training, including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), satisfies the needs of all buyers and sellers. She personally invests in fix and flips and buy and hold properties and is licensed in Tennessee and previously licensed in South Carolina. 

Jenn currently resides with her husband, Jason, and children in Franklin, TN.  When not fixing up homes or showing properties, you might find Jenn running on the roads.  She’s completed over six half marathons in three states and the Ragnar Relay, a 291 mile team race from Chattanooga to Nashville, TN. She also enjoys watching and cheering on her family's college teams, including the South Carolina Gamecocks, Clemson Tigers and Tennessee Volunteers!
