Our 2-Phase Design and Renovation Process:

Phase 1 For Design and Renovation: Discovery and Planning: Complete our Discovery Form. We will have a phone call or site visit to discuss information noted on the discovery form.

We discuss your project and meet with our vendors, if required, on and off site.  Up to 30 minutes of direct consultation. Design selections are proposed and we put together a proposal for your project.   Deliverables may include: initial proposal; design selections and inspiration; vendor information, when appropriate; material samples, reports from specialists when appropriate; and an itemized time log.

Phase 1 Fee: $100.00

Phase 2 For Design: The implementation phase.  Your project is executed as outlined according to your proposal. **Proposal revisions related to design changes during the project are subject to additional fees.

Phase 2  For Renovation: The construction phase. The construction of your project begins.  All materials are selected and delivered unless otherwise noted in your proposal. We manage, organize, and pay subcontractor team throughout your project.  Problems that arise during your project are mitigated. **Proposal revisions related to design changes are subject to additional fees.

Forms of payment accepted: cash, check, Venmo.  Credit cards subject to a 3% surcharge.
