What worked: Loved the kitchen and master bath renovations; Obsessed with  the KitchenAid pro-style cook-top; Oversized formal dining room; No closet in formal living, turned toddler room; Spacious foyer; level useable back and front yard; 5 separate bedroom spaces

What didn't work:  Back yard, we felt exposed; Den a bit small; Kitchen tight in some areas; Drove up to back door and deck- felt no one ever saw the front of the house;  never-ending tree maintenance
