Woohoo!! It’s that time of year again, time for the Spring 2018 One Room Challenge (ORC). That time of year when you get off the sofa and muster up a little extra energy for the push to start and finish that house project you’ve been dreaming about.
Our space for the Spring 2018 ORC is what you might refer to as the dual purpose....... I mean the triple purpose room. While I consider it our office, this room seems to serve 3 main functions. It’s the spillover teenager tv room when friends are over or when there needs to be a little teenage sibling separation. It’s functioning as our main office for our design, renovation and real estate work. And lastly, it’s the space that can operate as a guest room when needed. Here is a before, before -we-moved-in, house was still on the market picture:

What I love: I love the stained ceiling, built-in day bed, the lighting and the desk.......Ok, let's be real, I love everything about this space.
