Brunswick Kitchen Before and After

We finished up a kitchen renovation last month in Brentwood and as our client stated, it was on time and on budget. Two statements you want repeated in every renovation project. This kitchen started as a classic 1990s kitchen with a high gloss black granite countertop and oak-ish stained cabinets.

For this renovation, our client had white cabinets in mind paired with a white quartz and a high gloss dark grey herringbone subway tile. Here are some of the selections we pulled together:

Cabinet Color: Sherwin Williams Alabaster

Walls: Sherwin Williams Repose Gray

Counters: Quartz Calcutta New Vein

Backsplash: High Gloss Pewter 3x6

Breakfast Table Light: West Elm

Custom Finishes: This client had a few custom requests, including ditching the microwave with recirculating kit, building a wine cabinet, constructing a microwave cabinet, and creating a pull out trash cabinet.

Another challenge we were tasked with in this kitchen renovation included minimizing the countertop seams. With 4 seams on the original countertop and 1 more on the bar top, we were up for the challenge. When it was all said and done, the new quartz countertop was fabricated and installed with only 2 seams, 1 to the right of the new sink and one in the middle of the cooktop. My installers were able to cut the bartop run out of one slab, so no more seam in the bartop!

A few more before and afters.......
